Work product we create for clients under a signed engagement belongs to the client as set out in that agreement. Marketing assets we produce for a client — accounts, landing pages, creative, and code — remain the client's property, including after the engagement ends.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, and your own operations. Any figures, case studies, or examples shown on the Site reflect past results for specific clients and are not a promise or guarantee of future performance. We describe our track record honestly and do not guarantee specific results.
